c2c asked us to help animate their customer experience best practice guide, giving them a succinct, engaging and easy to share video for all the team.


What was the problem?

Award winning rail operator, c2c has recently embarked on a business transformation journey to put the customer at the heart of the business. c2c asked us to develop a short animation to communicate their costumer experience as part of a behavioural change programme for front-line staff and orientation for new recruits.

And how did we solve it?

We worked closely with the c2c team to create the script to communicate the customer’s experience. Creating and developing sketched concepts to rely on, this was the next step, while developing styling ideas to run alongside with the company’s brand guidelines.
