Ceviche Old St.

Ceviche is a extraordinary Peruvian restaurant in Soho and now Martin Morales has opened up a new restaurant in Old Street, London. We have worked with Martin for quite a while now on various projects and he brought us on board to help launch his latest creation.

What was the problem?

Martin and his team acquired a fantastic space in Old Street that used to be the Alexandra Dining Rooms helping feed people in need over hundred years ago. This space has some amazing original features, but was not in a great state.

Martin wanted to showcase this new venture and the space with a pre-launch party in the “building site” before the renovation. We were asked to help design and brand this event and the official launch of the new restaurant to create a buzz in east London.

And how did we solve it?

On a cold winters night, before the opening we helped create Cocina Libre (Free Kitchen). This event was a chance to give customers an exclusive view of the historic site in Old Street before it was fully refurbished. The public could create there very own signature ceviche dish along side Martin and his team of expert chefs, with the best featured in the new menu.

Since then we have worked on the branding for the restaurant including interior and exterior signage, menus, business cards, flyers, posters, adverts, beer mats, Pisco Punch bottles and even a brand new craft beer. The new venue opened in March to great success and looks to take Martin’s brands to another level.
